Each individual may hold only one Account on the Win1Win Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances.
Accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transactions using your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Win1Win support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
Win1Win will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from Win1Win that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Malaysian players' accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed once an Account is active. Transactions will be processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Win1Win is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary by the Company's compliance team.

The Company will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving a complete and legible set of documents. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion.
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe, or the submission of fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Win1Win accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks), Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing fees charged by the relevant payment provider.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing institution's processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. The Company reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time.
To be eligible to withdraw, Players must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to a wagering condition, and must not have any outstanding compliance queries on their Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Win1Win Platform are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using eligible games before any derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in total qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
While an active bonus balance is present in your Account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum bet per round or transaction when using bonus funds is RM250. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided without notice.
Different games contribute at different rates towards fulfilling the wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and live casino games contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on the promotion. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default bonus expiry period is 14 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account.
The Company reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; participating in coordinated play with other accounts; or otherwise acting in bad faith to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

Win1Win cannot be held responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by connectivity issues on the Player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game outcome will be determined according to the applicable game's server-side state at the time of disconnection. Where possible, interrupted sessions will be resumable upon reconnection.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Win1Win support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method upon successful account closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, receipt of a chargeback, or for any other reason at the Company's reasonable discretion.
Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms by the Player, the Company may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and may forfeit Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. Where changes are material, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
